As an experienced engineer specialized in aerodynamics and thermal systems, you will be at the heart of both technical and operational activities. You will join the team at a pivotal stage of the company’s development: the full-scale prototyping of our propulsion concept. You will work closely with the CTO and the entire technical team on one of the project’s core components related to your area of expertise, as well as on cross-functional challenges.

Your main responsibilities :

• Design heat exchangers tailored to the specific constraints of the aerospace environment (weight, space, pressure drop, mechanical resistance, engine integration).
• Size the heat exchange surfaces and model system performance using 0D/1D approaches.
• Design the integrated heat exchanger unit.
• Oversee manufacturing processes.
• Design a compact, lightweight, and integrable water recovery system for the prototype.
• Draft technical documentation: specifications, calculation notes, simulation reports, technical requirements, validation files, patents, etc.

Profile sought :

• Graduate from a top engineering school or Master’s program specialized in energy systems or fluid mechanics.
• Ideally, 3 to 5 years of experience in a demanding environment such as aerospace, space, automotive, or energy.

Required skills and qualities :

• Proficiency in CAD and CFD modeling software (3DX & Ansys Fluent)Autonomy, curiosity, commitment, and a spirit of innovation
• Strong sensitivity to industrialization and manufacturabilityRigor, analytical mindset, and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with diverse profiles
