As Test and Test Bench Manager, you will be at the heart of technical and operational activities. You will join the team at a crucial stage in the company's development: the prototyping of the full-scale propulsion concept. You will work closely with the entire technical team to define, plan, ensure and operate the upcoming tests. Your role will be essential in planning and then achieving the milestones of the prototyping programme. You will be responsible for the design, implementation and monitoring of the test programme. Your main responsibilities :

• Participate in establishing the complete test roadmap.
• Establish all test sheets.
• Plan and manage bench test campaigns.
• Adapt and upgrade the main test bench (instrumentation, control, safety, automation) with the mechatronics and fluidics team.
• Actively collaborate with the design teams to prepare tests and ensure the integration of the solutions developed.
• Design secondary partial test benches and oversee their manufacture.
• Ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of the benches.
• Carry out BoP dimensioning, ensure benchmarks and supplier follow-ups.
• Co-analyse test results with the design teams
• Draft technical documentation: specifications, test sheets, test reports, etc.

Profile sought :

• Graduate of an engineering school or holder of a master's degree in energy/thermal/fluid mechanics.
• At least 5 years' experience in a demanding environment: aeronautics, space, automotive or energy on test benches.
